Happy Monday friends! Ever Since I first shared this overall dress with you all I’ve been asked quite a few times how else can you wear them so today I’m sharing 3 simple ways to do that. All of the looks I’m sharing with you all are a great deal and look perfect with ankle boots!
I’m a big fan of simplicity especially when it comes to creating outfits. I love mixing casual with a splash of details. The first way to wear these overalls is with a white tee and a bit of plaid. We all have a white tee in our closet but if you don’t this one is a great option. To go with this classic white tee I wrapped a plaid top around my waist and finished the look off with a grey hat and studded boots. I literally put this look together in two minutes and love it.
The second way to wear it is a bit more dressy but its another great option. I love recommending wearing a pretty blouse underneath. You can go with a printed blouse or a blouse with details. I love lace so a lace blouse under sounds perfect too!
Lastly, I suggest trying a fun print with your overall dress. There are so many prints for fall that are so gorgeous I always make it a point to wear them. One print that you will see a loth is leopard! This leopard tee is light weight and can be worn with other pieces as well. I did get asked if it was sheer and if you needed an undershirt. I personally just wore a nude color bra underneath and you cant see it at all. If you are going to wear a colored bra I would then say to wear a nude color cami underneath.
On another note the weather here in Arizona has finally cooled down! It is supposed to be in the low 80’s and dropping more the following week! Last night I actually turned on the fireplace and we watched the final episode of The Good Place. I hope you all enjoyed today’s overall dress post.
