With fall officially just a few days away I thought I’d jump into the most perfect chic everyday outfit. Let’s start by sharing a bit of inspiration on this trench coat outfit. Olivia Palermo my ultimate style icon has partnered up with Banana Republic to showcase her favorite fall items of theirs and how to style them. Let’s just say I need them all!! For today I went with a bow tie blouse paired with my new favorite gray jeans EVER. While Olivia paired this top and bottom with a plaid jacket I opted for a khaki peplum trench coat. These 3 items pair perfectly together for a fall look but can also be mixed and matched since they are neutrals.
Another way to pair these items would be to switch out the bow blouse for this striped turtleneck sweater or keep the blouse and add these leggings. And you could of course still keep that darling trench coat. You never know when you might need it.
