Happy 1st day of February. I am constantly running around doing errands and there is nothing worse then being hungry and realize you have nothing to eat. Which leads me to today’s post. I’m sharing a few of my must have girl on the go snacks. Having these snacks in my handbag prepares me for moments where I need to refuel. Not gonna lie sometimes I take a 5 in the dressing room to eat a snack/hydrate. Shopping is tiring!
Granola Bars: Having a granola bar is in my bag is something I always make sure to have. Right now my favorite bars to have are LARABARS . There are so many great flavors but my top 3 are Coconut Cream Pie, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Apple Pie.
Almonds: Almonds have a lot of protein in them so I like to keep a small bag with me.
Cheese String: Any cheese fans out there? I swear I’m half mouse lol! I enjoy the Sargento Mozzarella ones the most. These 8 grams of protein goes perfect with the almonds.
Chips : Chips? Yes please! I’m not completely GF but I try to choose GF when possible. These gluten free chips from Boulder are AMAZING! They are made with healthy ingredients such as avocado, sunflower oil, saffron oil and coconut oil.
Water : Keeping hydrated is super important but I am the worst at it. Lots of people say that all water tastes the same. For me personally I think the opposite. I’ve found that in order to drink more water I stick with water that I like the flavor most. CORE water is one tastes so refreshing. I don’t know how else to explain this Ph balanced water but it goes down so smooth.
