I’m so excited to FINALLY be revealing our master closet in collaboration with California Closets!! As you may have seen on Instagram I have been sharing bits and pieces as we went along with this project so it’s fun to share the full look today.
When we first move into our house I was never too big of a fan of the closet situation especially the amount of waisted space it had. When I was thinking of redesigning this space I knew wanted it to be more functional and organized for both Chris and I. I don’t know about you but when I step in to my walk in closet I want to feel inspired! With that being said we headed to the California Closets (Chandler showroom) and met with Robin Gulley who was amazing in creating a space that fit our every need!
Some key features of our space are an overall sleek design with built in cabinets, open shelving to display our favorite items and such, adequate wall space for hanging clothes and last but not least a shoe wall! The shoe wall is probably one of my favorite parts of this closet. Its like my own personal shoe store! We also use to have a dirty clothes hamper that really was the worst so Robin suggested a built in hamper! It’s located right in the built in cabinets by the door. To me there is nothing better then having that awkward hamper hidden away.
( Before: This is a look at what our closet use to look like. A lot of stuff everywhere! )
( Quick look of the plans )
If you are looking to redo your closet I would highly recommend California Closets. They can honestly make any room in your house be more functional for your lifestyle. Thank you Robin you really made this entire experience amazing and we couldn’t be happier.
