Who else loves simple recipes? My husband and I have always loved cooking but now that it’s fall we find ourselves enjoying it a bit more. With fall comes delicious flavors that we have missed over the warmer months like cherries and honey. Today i’m teaming up with Taylor Farms to share a simple fall salad recipe using their new Organic Cherry Almond Blue Chopped Kit. Get ready to make this fall dish a lot for you and your guests!
If you follow me on Instagram then you would have seen me raving numerous times about Taylor Farms salads! These kits are honestly such time savors as they come with everything you need inside! I also love that you can make your own spin with these kits like I did! Inside this kit you will find fresh ingredients like Romain, Green Cabbage, Montmorency Cherries, Blue cheese Vinaigrette and More. To go with my salad today I added green onions, cherry tomatoes and a balsamic honey salmon.

Salmon Ingredients :
2 salmon fillets
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons Honey
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Add small amount of olive oil to preheated pan
place salmon in pan
sprinkle with S&P
Cook salmon for 3 minutes on each side
Mix balsamic vinegar and honey
Pour mixture on top of salmon
Reduce Heat to low simmer
Cook salmon till mixture becomes consistency thickens like syrup
This blue cheese vinaigrette with the crunchy onion bits taste absolutely amazing. It hard not to eat the topping while your making the salad. Chris
