I love wearing my hair in a cute braid, but when it comes to the holiday season I like to take my braid to the next level and add a dash of glam to it. Today I am teaming up with Ulta Beauty to bing you a snow kissed inspired hairstyle and make up look. To create this snow kissed look I incorporated items that remind me of winter like silver, rhinestones, berry lips and a bit of shimmer.
I start by creating a side braid ( I went with a dutch braid at the top then a fishtail at the ends) you can do any side braid you like. I added 2 pretty silver leaf barrette clips going along the braid. On the fishtail end I used a few rhinestone swirl pins for glimmer. How Fun are these hair accessories ! Don’t forget to pull apart that braid to add a bit more volume and texture.
For this makeup look I kept the eyes simple and went with a shimmery eye shadow on my lids. Since I went simple on the eyes I went with a bold lip by using a vibrant berry color. This lipstick is so amazing it lasted 8+ hours for me !
