This recipe for coconut macaroons is AMAZING ! not gonna lie you have to make these ! I made these ones a bit bigger for Eater purpose but I will give you the smaller size recipe as well.
Ingredients:smaller sized makes 1- 1/2 dozen (bigger 1/2 dozen)
1- 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
*For bigger portions use 1- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
In a small bowl, combine the coconut,sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and vanilla; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 min or until golden brown. cool on wire rack
*Bigger portion use Tablespoonfuls
melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in microwave set at 50% power stirring every minute till melted add to center
