I have a thing for trying new SIMPLE recipes especially when I know that they are great for on the go and tasty for after working out ! All you need to make these peanut butter balls is a few ingredients.
1 cup of old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips ( I may have used more !)
Combine all wet ingredients into a bowl
Add dry ingredients ( oatmeal and chocolate chips )
Place in refrigerator until set
Shape into 1 inch balls
Store and refrigerate
I have made these again since adding in protein powder and coconut shavings as well and they are delicious !
